Italy's favorite festival returns to the beach-side town of Marina di Ravenna this summer! The free entry festival continues to break the barriers between artist and audience while together celebrating the shared communities of music and art. Beaches Brew 2022: Lost in Transitions presents a line-up plucked from beyond the beaten path, blending different genres in ways that make them a perfect match. This year Beaches Brew welcomes modern artists from the frontiers of dance and electronic music, placing them alongside some of our favorite psychedelic and post-punk bands. These combinations create a hybrid environment, a perfect soundtrack for dancing under the moon and among the dunes.
Artists performing at Beaches Brew 2022 include Endless Boogie “the best-kept secret in New York's rock scene.”; AMAMI, whose music lives between dance hall, afro pop, guayla, and dub; Los Angeles post-punk trio Automatic; a solo set from Ben Shemie of SUUNS; DJ Fitz; the avant garde rock of Horse Lords; Tropical Fuck Storm post-apocalyptic acid punk; garage rock artist Ghost Woman; the combined sounds of traditional Eastern strings and and electronic music machines from Ko Shin Moon; cosmic disco-funk from YĪN YĪN; Soft Palms dream pop; producer Kelman Duran; Model Home, an electronic and vocal duo from Washington D.C.; Indonesian band Senyawa, who mix Java influences with experimental music; and Otim Alpha & Catu Diosis, presented by Nyege Nyege.
