BEACHES BREW 2025: A Confident, Curated Festival for Curious Listeners
Over three days of fearless live performances, Beaches Brew once again lit up the Adriatic coast, bringing a bold blend of sonic innovation and sun-soaked energy to the shore. This year, the festival welcomed 28 artists from 17 countries and more than 10,000 attendees from across Europe for its twelfth edition—an inspiring celebration of global music and collective discovery.
“Beaches Brew is a joyful, global mosaic of sound, light, and color—a festive babel that, for seventy-two hours each year, transforms this small corner of the Riviera Romagnola with a light unlike any other,” says Chris Angiolini, Artistic Director of Bronson Produzioni. “We want to extend our deepest thanks to the entire Beaches Brew community—a diverse, open, and inclusive collective made up of our audience—over 30% of whom come from abroad—as well as the artists and our dedicated team. Their passionate and respectful participation is what fuels the success of this truly unique project.”
This year’s edition featured a thrilling lineup of genre-defying performances that embodied the festival’s spirit of discovery and innovation: Montreal’s Marie Davidson, who delivered an unforgettable set blending analog synths, poetic spoken word, and pulsating rhythms; the explosive sounds of Thailand’s Khana Bierbood, merging surf, garage, and traditional Thai influences; the high-octane post-punk energy of Dutch newcomers Tramhaus, who drew the Hana-Bi crowd into their vibrant celebration; the cerebral, visceral post-rock of London trio Moin; and a searing performance from Lord Spikeheart, whose incendiary mix of metal, guttural growls, and rap brought the festival to a powerful close. And for the first time, a roaming brass band, led by Bruno Dorella, infused the beach with funk and Balkan rhythms—turning the sandy venue into a spontaneous, mobile parade that further blurred the line between audience and performers.

Curated by Bronson Produzioni, with artistic direction from festival co-founder Chris Angiolini and longtime collaborator Jessica Clark (Everything Nice), and presented in cooperation with an international network of partners, Beaches Brew 2025 offered a relaxed yet uncompromising space for artistic exploration. The free-entry festival is organized by Associazione Culturale Bronson, with the support of Comune di Ravenna - Assessorato alla Cultura, Regione Emilia-Romagna, Inemiliaromagna, and primary sponsors Siren Craft Beer, Ales&co, Randi vini, and Estados cafè, along with Ca' Bottona, Soul Club, and Amsterdam Pub. Special thanks to mobility partner F.lli Benelli; hospitality partners Club Del Sole and Residence Ariston; and media partners Radio3 Rai, Zero, Radio Raheem, Neu Radio, The Line of Best Fit, Full Moon Magazine, and ideanet.it.

As always, the organization remains dedicated to musical exploration and community spirit. This year's edition was defined not by hype, but by trust—between artists and audience, between organizers and the music, and between strangers who came seeking something real. As the final notes echoed into the early morning hours, Beaches Brew once again set the standard for what a music festival can be: inclusive, intentional, and deeply human.
